​Hon. Seth Terkper
Hon. Seth Terkper is a prominent Chartered Accountant and Public Administrator who served as Ghana’s Minister of Finance and Economic Planning from 2013 to 2017. He is widely recognised for his expertise in Fiscal Policy; Tax Administration and Public Financial Management. Before becoming a Minister, he served as a Deputy Minister of Finance and worked extensively with The International Monetary Fund (IMF) as a Technical Assistance Advisor.
​Hon. Prof. George Gyan-Baffour
Hon. Prof. George Gyan-Baffour is a Development Economist, Academic and Politician who has played a central role in shaping Ghana’s national development planning and economic strategy over the last two decades. He served four consecutive terms as Member of Parliament from 2005 to 2021. He served as Deputy Minister for Finance and Economic Planning. He was a Professor of Management at Howard University in Washington, D.C from 1993 to 2001. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Ghana.

Daniel Yao Domelevo
Mr. Daniel Yaw Domelevo is a distinguished Public Finance Management expert and Anti-Corruption 4 Advocate with over three decades of experience in Auditing, Financial Monitoring and Public Sector Governance. He is widely recognised for his commitment to transparency, accountability and the protection of the public purse. He is a former Auditor-General of Ghana and a former Senior Financial Management Specialist at the World Bank.

​Dr. James Klutse Avedzi
Hon. Dr. James Klutse Avedzi is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana, and a distinguished Finance and Accounting Professional with several years of experience in Public Policy, Legislative
Oversight and Public Financial Management.
He was a Member of Parliament for five consecutive terms during which period he served as Chairman of the Finance Committee for 8 years, Deputy Minority Leader for 6 years and Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee for 8 years. As Deputy Chief Accountant at the Ministry of Health, he pioneered Computerised Accounting Reporting Systems (REPAC
and PROAC) to enhance transparency. He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a Doctorate in International and Political Finance.He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Financialand Investment Analysis, Ghana, and the CharteredInstitute of Taxation, Ghana.Dr. James Klutse Avedzi is currently the Ag. Director-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Ghana.

Hon. Abena Osei-Asare
Hon. Abena Osei-Asare is a respected Chartered Accountant with a career defined by her commitment to Fiscal Discipline, Transparency and Public Sector Accountability. With extensive experience in both the Executive and Legislative arms of Government, she is a leading voice in Ghana’s Public Financial Management landscape. She served two consecutive terms (2017 to 2025) as the Deputy Minister of Finance and she is currently the Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament. Abena’s transition from long standing Deputy Minister of Finance to Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee provides ACFA with a unique perspective on the entire lifecycle of public funds – from allocation and spending to audit and accountability.
Dr. Rasheed Draman
Dr. Rasheed Draman is a world-renowned Governance Expert and a leading Authority on Parliamentary Development. With over 20 years of experience, he has dedicated his career to strengthening the capacity of legislatures across Africa and globally to ensure effective Oversight, Transparency and Accountability. Dr. Draman is the Executive Director of the respected African Centre for Parliamentary Affairs (ACEPA) which provides technical support and capacity enhancement to over 50 parliaments. He was instrumental in the establishment of the West African Association of Public Accounts Committees (WAAPAC). He holds a PhD in Political Science from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada, and author of numerous publications on Governance, Public Policy Analysis and the Role of Data in Parliamentary Decision Making.
